Valor Invests in new CRM System to Further Strengthen Sales and Service Infrastructure

January 15, 2000, Yavne, Israel – Valor Computerized Systems, a world leader in providing engineering supply chain solutions to the PCB industry supply chain, today announced implementation of the Onyx Front Office relationship management system to enhance internal sales and service responsiveness to customer needs.

"The Valor organization has experienced tremendous growth over the past several years," states corporate CEO Schmil Dolberg. "We currently have over 700 companies on our growing customer list, many of them multi-site, global organizations, and over the past two years we’ve increased our global personnel roster by more than 150%. The time is right to implement this type of strategic investment."

The Valor organization includes four fully owned subsidiaries around the globe: Valor Inc., covering North America, Valor NV in Europe, Valor FE in the Far East and Valor KK in Japan. The North American organization is the largest, and it is here that the system is being initially implemented.

Ilan Maor, Vice President Operations for Valor Inc., is responsible for global management of the implementation of the Onyx system. Says Maor, "Valor already has a history, and a reputation, of partnering with its customers by being responsive to their needs. With most of our systems in use at multiple sites throughout the US and the world, the ability to access and report on all aspects of our relationship with any customer or potential customer is critical to maintaining good relationships. I researched several different relationship management systems and found that this one will best fit our needs. The Onyx system allows us to track and capture all the necessary details – from the initial sales call to information about how our systems are performing on-site. Now, sales and service can perform as a team – regardless of where they are located."
